My name is Gabriella (people also call me Bibi).

I'm originally from Italy, but I lived many years in Japan and I'm now based in the Netherlands. 

I have a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication. I truly believe that diversity is strength and that there is something to learn from everything that is new to us.

My biggest passions are multiculturalism and continuous learning.

I am currently working as an Instructional Designer/Digital Learning Specialist, and I am responsible for the onboarding, training, engagement, and development of a company’s most important asset - its people.

Some of my specialties include: LNA, ADDIE and SAM model, Adult Learning Theories, Facilitation, eLearning development.
